General contracting

The house is half the job

The other half is the ground it stands on. REDI-HOME is a full-service general contractor as well as a manufacturer, which means the site work, the foundation, the utilities and the permits are handled by the same company that built the house.

Site preparation

Clearing, grading, excavation and soil preparation. The lot is ready for a solid foundation before your home arrives.

Foundation and basement

Poured concrete basements, crawl spaces or slab-on-grade, engineered for the site and the house that is going on it.

Delivery and crane set

Transport of the modules and the crane set onto the prepared foundation, aligned and secured.

Utility connections

Water, sewer, electrical, gas and telecommunications, coordinated with your local utility providers on your behalf.

Permits and inspections

The whole permitting process, and every required inspection through to final occupancy certification.

Contracting without the house

You do not have to buy a house

The contracting side takes work that has nothing to do with a REDI-HOME. Site preparation, a poured foundation, utility connections and permit coordination are all available on their own.

Tell us what you need on the enquiry form and it goes straight to the person who does it.

A REDI-HOME module lifted by a mobile crane on yellow slings, being lowered onto a finished poured foundation, with three workers in high visibility vests watching it down.

Next step

Tell us about your build

Whether you have a lot picked out or you are still working out whether a factory-built home is the right answer, the conversation costs nothing.

Tell us about your land

Send the lot, the model you are looking at and roughly when you want to build. We will come back with what it takes and what it costs.
