How it works

From the first conversation to the keys

Six stages. The factory build and the site work run at the same time rather than one after the other, which is where most of the time saving actually comes from.

The open living and dining area of a finished REDI-HOME, with a sofa and armchairs at one end, a dining table at the other, and French doors to the yard.
  1. Consultation

We talk through what you want, the budget you are working to and the timeline you have in mind, and work out which model fits.

  2. Design and permits

The design is finalised, engineering drawings are prepared, and we manage the municipal permits and approvals.

  3. Factory build

Your home is built in the factory under quality control, indoors, away from the weather.

  4. Site preparation

While the house is being built, the site work runs in parallel: foundation, utilities and grading.

  5. Delivery and set

The finished home is transported to the lot and crane set onto the foundation.

  6. Final connections

Services are connected, inspections are completed, and the house is finished off and handed over.

Tell us about your build

Whether you have a lot picked out or you are still working out whether a factory-built home is the right answer, the conversation costs nothing.

Tell us about your land

Send the lot, the model you are looking at and roughly when you want to build. We will come back with what it takes and what it costs.
