This site keeps a record of visits, for REDI-HOME Canada's own use. You can stop it for your browser below, and what was kept from your browser is deleted when you do.
What is recorded
- A random identifier in a cookie set by this site. It is not your name and holds nothing else.
- Which pages you opened here, when, and how many seconds each was on screen.
- The site you came from, by its name only. If the link you followed carried a campaign name, that name; if it came from a Facebook or Google ad or post, that it did. The click code in such a link is not kept.
- The address your connection comes from, and the country it points to.
- Whether you are on a phone, a tablet or a computer.
What it is for
To see how people find this site and what they read, and to answer the people who get in touch. If you send the enquiry form or write in the chat, the visits from your browser are linked to your message, so the answer can start from what you have already read.
How long it is kept
The address your connection comes from is cleared after ninety days. Each page opened is deleted 365 days after it was opened, and the identifier 365 days after your last visit.
Who sees it
REDI-HOME Canada's staff, in this site's own office screens. The records are kept on this site's own server and are not sent to an advertising network. The pages reach you through Cloudflare, which carries this site's traffic.

This browser is opted out.
Opting out deletes the visit record kept from this browser. After that, a page opened from it is counted with nobody attached. It applies to this browser only, and clearing its cookies undoes it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, your visits are not recorded.

A copy, or gone
Write to sales@redihomecanada.ca for a copy of what is held about you, or to have it deleted. If you are not happy with the answer, you can take it to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
