How a build runs

  1. Consultation. We go through what you want, the budget you are working to and the timing you have in mind, and settle what you are building.
  2. Design and drawings. The design is finalised and the drawings for your home are prepared.
  3. Factory build. Your home is built in a climate-controlled factory, under quality control, away from the weather.
  4. Delivery and set. The finished home is transported to your lot and set onto the foundation by crane.
